Article 9 – Data retention policy
Data retention during the contractual relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5° of French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on data processing, data files, and individual liberties, personal data that is the subject of processing is not kept beyond the time required to fulfill the obligations defined when the contract was signed, or the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.

For our informational and/or commercial mailings, if you have not shown any active behavior (such as clicking a link) for one year, your data will automatically be deleted from our databases.

Data deletion after account deletion
Measures are in place to ensure that data is effectively deleted as soon as the retention or archiving period required to fulfill the specified or imposed purposes has been reached. Article 10 – Sharing personal data with third parties

Furthermore, online payments are made via highly secure payment platforms (e.g., PayPal and Stripe). The site editor has no access to the credit card data used by customers. The publisher cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise with these payment gateways.

Even so, no one can consider themselves completely safe from a hacker attack.
